Dictatorship and Responsibility
The CJT/UFMG carries out the survey, monitoring and analysis of judicial processes that seek both the criminal accountability of state agents for the serious violations of human rights committed during the Brazilian dictatorship and the civil reparation of victims and/or their families, mainly due to the moral and material damages suffered by them. In this sense, the results are systematized on the Criminal Actions and Non-Criminal Actions pages.
